Yes, a rental agreement is required. We can do an agreement for as few as 14 days and then you can stay as long as you need the accommodations.

- Housewares (pots and pans, forks and spoons, linens, shower curtains, etc.)
- Flat Screen Television
- DVD Player
- Washer and Dryer
- Microwave
- All utilities including electric, gas, water, trash
- Cable TV
- High Speed Internet
No. We set up all utilities including electric, gas, water, trash, cable and Internet. The utilities are ordered in our name and you never have to worry about them.
Your stay and all of the services are included in one monthly invoice. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners. We can either bill your company directly or you can pay by check or money order.
